Over time, the Institute’s audiences expect an engaging social media experience, which means that regardless of the Rensselaer accounts they choose to follow, we want to provide them with unique, creative, informative, engaging, and consistent messages. This means that across campus, multiple people may become the voice of Rensselaer on social media.
The information presented here, in conjunction with campuswide social media task force group meetings and regular conversations with the social media steering group, is meant to serve as a resource for Rensselaer social media managers working to make the most out of their portfolio’s social media efforts.
